El Premio Nobel de Literatura 2023 fue otorgado este jueves 5 de octubre al escritor y dramaturgo noruego Jon Fosse “por sus obras innovadoras y su prosa que dan voz a lo indecible”, según indicó la Academia Sueca que concede el importante galardón.
Fosse, nacido en Haugesund, Noruega, en 1959, debutó en 1983 con la novela "Raudt, svart" (Rojo, negro).
Fosse ha escrito novelas, cuentos, poesía, libros infantiles, ensayos y obras de teatro. Sus obras han sido traducidas a más de cuarenta idiomas. Es ampliamente considerado como uno de los más grandes dramaturgos contemporáneos del mundo.
