20 muertos en Gaza al volcar un camión con ayuda humanitaria
Veinte personas murieron y decenas resultaron heridas al volcar un camión que llevaba ayuda humanitaria en la Franja de Gaza, según informó este miércoles 06 de agosto en la madrugada el Gobierno gazatí, controlado por Hamás, organización calificada como terrorista por la Unión Europea y Estados Unidos, así como por otros países.
En un comunicado divulgado por la Oficina de Medios del Gobierno de la Franja de Gaza, la autoridad local culpó de lo ocurrido al Ejército de Israel por cerrar caminos y obligar a los camiones que transportan ayuda a transitar por carreteras peligrosas y que no reúnen las condiciones de seguridad necesarias.
"A pesar de los permisos limitados otorgados recientemente a la entrada de algunos camiones, la ocupación (israelí) impide deliberadamente asegurarlos e impide facilitar su acceso a quienes lo merecen. Más bien, obliga a los conductores a tomar rutas llenas de civiles hambrientos que han estado esperando durante semanas las necesidades más básicas de la vida, lo que lleva a atacar estos camiones y confiscar su contenido", añadió el comunicado, reseña el portal web cactus24
Según las autoridades locales, el camión volcó sobre las personas que buscaban obtener algo de la comida que transportaba el vehículo, que además transitaba por una carretera que "había sido bombardeada previamente".
El Gobierno gazatí describió el incidente como parte de una "conducta criminal deliberada" que ha creado "condiciones catastróficas y caos".
